Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently

• Custodial experience in large residential or university settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize baths, toilets, vanities, floors, and surfaces in residential baths several times daily.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors in common living areas and public spaces.
• Move furniture and equipment; set up spaces for programs and events.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment according to safety procedures.
• Follow safety policies and report equipment maintenance needs.
