Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with youth in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for clients and supervise daily living activities.
• Counsel, observe, and provide behavioral training and advocacy to children and their families to facilitate reunification or long‑term placement.
• Complete all required paperwork including time sheets, level cards, goal/level tracking, incident reporting, and 51A’s.
• Plan and participate in activities; assist with hygiene, clothing, chores, and transitions.
• Provide First Aid as needed and coordinate medical emergencies with supervisory staff.
