Evening and weekend shifts are required; comprehensive training and structured supervision are provided to develop skills, ensure safety, and support families toward reunification and healthy futures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with youth in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and supportive supervision for youth in a trauma-informed care setting.
• Counsel, observe, and provide behavioral training and advocacy to youth and families.
• Coordinate daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and transitions.
• Participate in age-appropriate life skills and psycho-educational activities.
• Assist in medical advocacy, documentation, and incident reporting.
• Attend trainings and supervision meetings as required.
