Job summary

Community Resources for Justice, Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor to join our Winchendon, MA team. This is a full-time, 40-hours/week position with a starting rate of $20 per hour and eligible benefits.

You will supervise and transport clients, help them develop skills outlined in their Individual Service Plan, model a positive life approach, and document progress and attendance. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass required certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass required certifications and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including interviews, appointments, and activities.
• Help clients develop skills per their Individual Service Plan.
• Model a positive, safe behavior to improve clients' quality of life.
• Administer medications and complete documentation (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance).
