Job summary

Community Resources For Justice, Inc. in Wendell, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in our care. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) at a starting rate of $18 per hour, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills aligned with their Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients achieve the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation timely, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
