Job summary

Community Resources for Justice in Westborough, MA seeks compassionate Residential Counselors for a full-time, 32-hours/week, non-exempt role starting at $18/hr. Benefits are eligible.

You’ll supervise and transport clients, support skill development per ISPs, model positive behavior, and document progress, schedules, and attendance. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass certifications and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass required certifications within the time set by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours (interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, shopping).
• Support and teach clients new skills per the Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to promote quality of life and safety.
• Administering medications and completing documentation (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance).
