Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including interviews, appointments, recreation, services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills aligned with Individual Service Plans.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while ensuring safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance).
