Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is hiring Residential Counselors to join our growing team in Winchendon, MA. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, 40 hours per week, on the second shift, with benefits eligibility and a starting rate of $20/hr.

You will supervise and transport clients, support skill development, model positive behavior, and document progress in a timely manner. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, plus successful

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance).
