Vinfen is seeking a Residential Counselor to support Persons Served (PS) in a GLE/SIE residence, promoting independent living and adherence to MAP policies. The role includes medication administration, safety oversight, and collaborative work with the program team to implement treatment plans and provide crisis intervention when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a human service discipline preferred.
• One year as a residential counselor in a PS-focused setting preferred.
• One to two years of job-specific experience in human services preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Orient PS new to the residence in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Collaborate with Integrated Team members to address PS needs and implement treatment plan interventions.
• Perform day-to-day tasks as directed by the Program Director.
• Use recovery-oriented, harm-reduction approaches with PS.
• Adhere to safety, maintenance, and Human Rights policies.
• Serve as Medication Officer, Safety Officer, and Human Rights Officer as assigned.
• Schedule and lead weekly PS group meetings.
