Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a direct service professional to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting. You will implement treatment plan interventions, administer medications per MAP, and provide crisis interventions to residents as needed.

The role requires collaboration with the team, adherence to safety policies, and advocacy for residents while promoting independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a human service discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of job-specific experience in human services field preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Orient residents new to the residence and support their daily living needs.
• Collaborate with Integrated Team members to address residents' needs and follow LPHA clinician directions.
• Administer medications per MAP policies and document appropriately.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety monitoring.
• Assist with meal prep and physical site maintenance as needed.
• Advocate for residents and support social integration with family and community.
• Complete required documentation and participate in trainings and supervision.
• Contribute to program quality improvements and incident reporting.
