Vinfen seeks a Residential Counselor to support Persons Served in an Intensive GLE residence. You will help residents overcome barriers to independent living, advocate for services, and assist with medication administration per MAP policies.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented approaches. You will work closely with the Program Director, Families, and clinical staff to ensure safety, treatment plan adherence, and community integration, including crisis

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a residential counselor or related role with mental health and medical needs is preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Driving is required with valid license and safe record.

Mansioni

• Assist Program Director in orienting new residents.
• Implement treatment interventions under supervision.
• Perform day-to-day tasks as directed by Clinical Program Director.
• Maintain safety, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead weekly resident meetings and meal planning.
• Assist with medication management following MAP protocols.
• Support residents in attending medical/psychiatric appointments.
