Vinfen is seeking a direct service professional to support Persons Served (PS) in a GLE/SIE residential setting. You will implement PS Treatment Plan interventions, administer MAP medications, and provide crisis interventions to help PS achieve independence.

The role requires collaboration with an integrated team, adherence to licensing standards, and commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. Strong communication and safety practices are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• One to two years in human services is preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Orient new PS to the residence.
• Collaborate with Integrated Team to address PS needs.
• Perform daily assignments as directed by the Program Director.
• Use recovery-oriented, person-centered approaches with PS.
• Adhere to safety and policy standards.
• Administer PS medications per MAP protocols.
• Create opportunities for PS participation in residence activities.
• Advocate for PS and support social integration.
