Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a direct service professional to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting in Lawrence, MA. The role focuses on helping PS overcome barriers to independent living, implementing treatment plan interventions, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.

The position requires adherence to safety policies, medication administration under MAP guidelines, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in human services preferred.
• Ability to balance priorities and work confidentially.
• Strong commitment to empowering persons served to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Persons Served (PS) in residence and assist with daily living tasks.
• Implement PS Treatment Plan interventions as directed by LPHA clinician.
• Assist with meal preparation and physical site maintenance.
• Use trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approaches in all interactions with PS.
• Complete required documentation and attend supervision meetings.
