BAMSI in Millis, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments. The role involves teaching daily living skills, medication management, and behavioral support under clinician guidance.

Qualifications

• Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE).
• Teach ADLs like cooking, budgeting, and medication management.
• Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Administer or supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.

What You Bring:

• Strong communicationskills (English) and basic computerproficiency.
