Dungarvin is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator) to assist the Program Director in coordinating services for individuals served, manage household tasks, and support staff in daily operations. This role involves hands-on care, documentation, and teamwork within a residential program.

You will mentor staff, ensure safety and personal growth, and help with daily living activities while maintaining program consistency and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Candidate is person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable and team‑oriented with strong communication.
• Observant, detail oriented and able to document care clearly.
• Valid driver’s license; some roles may require a personal vehicle.
• Background clearance is part of onboarding and employment.
