Dungarvin is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator) in a full-time role in Oklahoma City. You will assist the Program Director with coordinating services for individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family involvement, education, and household management.

You will carry out direct support duties and lead staff in day and residential programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid Driver's License (required for transporting persons served). Some locations may require own vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks (moving, bed mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene).
