Woodfords Family Services in Saco, Maine, seeks an experienced Residential Coordinator to oversee daily operations of a residential home and supervise DSP staff. The role focuses on person-centered care, independence, and community engagement for adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, recruitment, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality care. On-call after hours and weekends are required, with a mix of administrative and direct support duties weekly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, or related developmental disabilities.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification; CRMA certification or ability to obtain within required timelines.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with ongoing training and performance support.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention to maintain a strong team.
• Oversee daily residential operations in a safe, welcoming, person-centered environment.
• Monitor staffing coverage, medication administration, documentation, and health and safety practices.
• Support implementation of individualized service plans and positive support strategies.
• Provide hands-on direct support as part of weekly schedule and respond to operational needs.
