This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule after the intro period, regular travel within Kennebec County, and a competitive compensation of $45,760–$49,920 depending on experience and certifications.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in social services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet consumer transportation needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and support for the Shared Living program.
• Coordinate with providers, families/guardians, and other service providers.
• Help establish HCBS settings compliance and monitor progress toward goals.
