Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced residential Superintendent to own the field side of our projects in the Greater Boston area. You will walk active sites, determine daily needs, coordinate trades, and keep the schedule moving while maintaining quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with trade partners and the project team. Relocation is not considered; this is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a residential Superintendent/Supervisor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Walk active job sites daily to assess and plan daily/weekly needs.
• Coordinate trades to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and adherence to project specs.
• Communicate effectively with trade partners and the project team.
