Job summary

Oakwood Homes in Denver, CO seeks a back-end construction role to support Oakwood Homes Communities in Colorado. You will manage construction activities, interact with Customers, Trade Partners, municipalities, and Oakwood associates to deliver a high-quality home.

• Experience in residential construction or related field preferred.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist front-end Builder with daily supervision and execution of construction schedules.
• Conduct walkthroughs with customers prior to closing.
• Deliver homes with minimal defects at closing.
• Coordinate and manage trade partners to meet budgets and quality.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work meets Oakwood specifications.
• Maintain accurate records with Community Teams and Support Center.
• Coordinate with Customer Care to resolve homeowner issues promptly.
• Create and manage punch lists and ensure site readiness for next trades.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and cross-train with associates for advancement.
• Take responsibility for the job site when other managers are absent.
• Perform related projects and adhere to company policies.
