Responsibilities

• Oversee newly constructed residential homes to ensure quality and budgets.
• Ensure accuracy of blueprints, takeoffs and budget variance.
• Coordinate supply/trade issues with the purchasing department.
• Coordinate builder loading, start timing and pacing to maximize closings.
• Review and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly individual planned encounters with the team.
