Job summary

Oakwood Homes in Denver, CO is seeking a role focused on overseeing back-end construction activities for Oakwood Homes communities. You will coordinate with Customers, Trade Partners, municipalities, and Oakwood associates to deliver high-quality homes.

Responsibilities include supervising daily construction, conducting customer walkthroughs prior to closing, and ensuring zero defects at closing. You will manage trade partners, maintain records, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to

Qualifications

• Desire to learn about the residential construction industry.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Good verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering customer service.
• Must be willing to participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the front-end Builder with daily supervision and execution of the construction schedules to deliver homes on schedule.
• Conduct Demonstration and Verification walkthroughs with Customers before closing.
• Deliver all homes with Zero Defects at the time of closing.
• Coordinate and manage Trade Partners to deliver high-quality homes within budgets.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work meets Oakwood’s specifications and site readiness.
