Job summary

Oakwood Homes is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to oversee back-end construction activities in Colorado communities, coordinating with Customers, Trade Partners, municipalities, and Oakwood associates to deliver high-quality homes.

You will supervise daily schedules with the front-end Builder, conduct walkthroughs before closing, ensure zero defects at closing, manage punch lists, keep records, and maintain a safe, clean job site while supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to ADA, FMLA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the front-end Builder with daily supervision and execution of construction schedules.
• Conduct Demonstration and Verification walkthroughs with Customers before closing.
• Deliver homes with zero defects at closing.
• Coordinate and manage Trade Partners to deliver high-quality homes within budgets.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and accurate records.
