Job summary

Turning the Corner HR is representing a confidential client in the Denver area seeking a Residential Construction Manager to oversee multiple high-end custom homes. You will balance project management, field supervision, scheduling, estimating support, and client communication to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and client service.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of residential construction experience.
  • Proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend is required.
  • Experience leading superintendents or field personnel.
  • Strong background in both project management and field operations.
  • Excellent plan reading, scheduling, trade coordination, and construction management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones.
  • Lead and mentor field personnel while maintaining accountability across projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners.
  • Review plans, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve construction issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Support estimating, budgeting, and project planning activities.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout every phase of construction.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through proactive communication and follow-through.

Are you an experienced residential construction leader who thrives on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, building strong client relationships, and leading projects from concept to completion?

Our client is a respected and growing construction company specializing in high-end residential projects throughout the Denver Metro area. They are seeking a Residential Construction Manager to oversee custom home projects while serving as the operational leader for their residential division.

What You'll Do

As the Residential Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple custom residential projects while balancing project management, field supervision, scheduling, estimating support, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones.
  • Lead and mentor field personnel while maintaining accountability across projects.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of residential construction experience.

  • Strong background in both project management and field operations.
  • Experience leading superintendents or field personnel.
  • Excellent plan reading, scheduling, trade coordination, and construction management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Previous business ownership or entrepreneurial experience is welcomed.
What Success Looks Like

  • Hiring salary: $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
