Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of residential construction experience, preferably with a high-volume homebuilder.
• Strong work ethic, decision-making skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of national and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary company representative at assigned construction sites, overseeing all aspects of the construction process and trade partners performance.
• Manage construction activities to ensure delivery of quality homes on time and within approved budgets.
• Monitor production levels and staffing to align with divisional delivery and closing targets.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to established schedules, critical path timelines, and cycle time requirements.
• Ensure homes are 100% complete on or before scheduled Homeowner Orientation dates.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of job sites and surrounding communities.
• Identify, maintain, and manage qualified trade partners and vendors.
• Provide weekly updates to Sales regarding the status of homes under construction.
