Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with strong communication, accountability, and integrity. The role focuses on coordinating slab, block, and framing tasks, leading subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

You will deliver progress updates to clients, enforce codes, and maintain schedules and budgets, while growing in a collaborative, training-supported environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to foster relationships for project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites including slab, block masonry, and framing to meet plans and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability ensuring high-quality, safe work.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to proactively address issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and local building codes to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources.
• Provide detailed project updates and reports to project managers and clients.
