Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee residential construction sites with strong communication and accountability. The role focuses on coordinating slab, block, and framing activities, leading subcontractors, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10 certification. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits and bonuses are offered.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering relationships to ensure project success
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, ensuring timely project progress
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency
• Communicate updates and reports to project managers and clients to maintain transparency
