You will coordinate slab, block, and framing workflows, lead subcontractors, enforce safety, review progress, and provide detailed updates to clients and project managers to keep ambitious timelines and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in construction or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.
• Experience with residential construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites (slab, block, framing).
• Lead subcontractors with accountability and ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews; address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Provide detailed updates to project managers and clients.
