Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling and database programs.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
• Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of homes from site prep to occupancy.
• Coordinate pre-construction and new home warranty orientation with customers.
• Ensure homes meet codes, standards and timeframes.
• Utilize ITK for scheduling, documenting progress and approving payments.
• Oversee schedules with Trade Partners to ensure timely completion.
• Visit jobsites daily to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with mentoring Jr Construction Managers as required.
• Manage warranty process to close outstanding issues.
