• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience may be required.
• Two to five years of residential construction experience, preferably with a production homebuilder.
• Strong work ethic, decision-making, adaptability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage residential construction activities to meet critical paths and cycle times.
• Ensure 100% completion by homeowner orientation date.
• Provide weekly construction status updates to the sales team.
• Coordinate with trade partners to adhere to scopes of work and schedules.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant job sites across communities.
• Monitor budgets, cost variances, and material deliveries; resolve discrepancies.
