Holiday Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the day-to-day workflow for building homes, from site preparation through occupancy, within subdivisions or scattered lots.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least four years of relevant work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/document software.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of homes from site clearing to occupancy.
• Ensure homes are built per codes, standards, and timelines.
• Follow quality assurance policies and manage payments and progress using ITK.
• Coordinate schedules with management and trade partners to meet deadlines.
• Inspect job sites for safety and quality and mentor Jr Construction Managers.
• Manage warranty service and customer relations per company policy.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and industry contacts.
