Job summary

The role requires residential remodeling experience, occupancy in occupied homes, and Massachusetts residency with no relocation. The position offers $90,000-$120,000 per year, full-time, with opportunities for advancement and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential remodeling or construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of trade sequencing and jobsite workflow.
• Experience in occupied homes required.
• Experience with high-end or custom residential projects preferred.
• Familiarity with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must currently reside in Massachusetts.

• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and job costing.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure sequencing aligns with project plans.
• Monitor quality standards and code compliance.

Feinmann is an award-winning design-build firm specializing in high-end residential remodeling. We're seeking aResidential Construction Project Managerto lead complex, detail-focused projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This role is for a construction professional withresidential remodeling experiencewho can manage planning, scheduling, trade coordination, and client communication.

Experience in occupied homes is required. This is not a commercial construction role.

Please note:Only candidates currently residing in Massachusetts will be considered. Relocation is not available.
