You will lead carpentry crews, manage site logistics, read blueprints, and ensure craftsmanship meets high standards while coordinating with project managers and clients.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay ($35-$45), benefits, ESOP eligibility after kickoff hours, and growth within a trusted, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience required.
• Experience in high-end residential remodeling preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must own a full set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects.
