Feinmann, a Boston-area design-build firm, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential remodeling projects across Greater Boston. You will oversee scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking while coordinating with site teams and trade partners to keep projects on track.

This role offers a clear path toward Project Management, requires 2+ years in residential construction, and emphasizes working in occupied spaces with homeowners. Local travel to project sites is common.

Competenze

• 2+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or custom home building.
• Knowledge of jobsite sequencing and trade coordination.
• Proficiency with construction management software (SmartSheets/Bluebeam/BuilderTrend).

Mansioni

• Support active residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners.
• Track permits, inspections, and compliance milestones to keep projects on schedule.
