Job summary

Ash Properties Ltd is seeking a Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential renovation, restoration, and addition projects across multiple homes. You will direct field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Required: 5+ years in residential remodeling project management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software.

Build Exceptional Renovations. Lead High-Performing Teams.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential renovation, restoration, and addition projects across multiple homes. Projects will be at varying stages of construction simultaneously, requiring exceptional planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for directing field teams, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple residential remodeling and renovation projects concurrently from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead and develop multiple levels of field personnel.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and subcontractor performance across a portfolio of active projects.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change orders, cost controls, and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, production, safety, and customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with homeowners, designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and trade partners throughout each project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve challenges associated with remodeling existing structures, including unforeseen site conditions, design changes, material delays, and occupied-home considerations.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Lead regular operational and project review meetings.
• Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the construction team.

Skills & Experience

Required –

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling, renovation, restoration, or additions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping schedules and competing priorities.
• Previous experience directly supervising construction personnel.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, project sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and construction documents.
• Experience managing customer relationships in residential construction environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred –

• Experience leading multiple field teams across several active jobsites.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar systems.
• Bi-lingual communication skills

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field (preferred)

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent travel between active jobsites and the office. The employee must be able to walk construction sites, climb stairs and ladders, navigate renovation environments, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
