Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Proven experience in a Project Management role, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of residential construction and the ability to confidently oversee projects from start to finish
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage people, materials, schedules, and resources
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
