NPAworldwide is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead housing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will oversee field teams, coordinate trades, review drawings, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality.

The role is hands-on, in-person, and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep homeowners informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Residential or construction PM experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, organization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Salary: $65,000$85,000 annually

Full-Time | In-Person

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling or construction issues.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Review blueprints, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Track project costs, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners/clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
• Resolve project delays, conflicts, and unexpected field issues efficiently.
