Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the residential projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in communication, time management, and understands all phases of roofing and siding.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate crews and outside contractors, manage materials and is the primary point of contact with the homeowner
• Schedule and conduct on-site inspections, ensuring all safety standards are met, prior to the start of the project and upon completion
• Report on progress, maintain clear communication between clients, subcontractors and company to deliver a smooth experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Residential Construction Manager or a related field, is preferred
• Project management certification is not required but preferred
• Understanding of residential construction management methods and processes
• Knowledge of construction methods and all building products
• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, CRM program, CompanyCam, Arrivy
• Ability to break large projects into small steps
