Job summary

Hayden Homes is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential home construction across assigned communities. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing budgets and coordinating with trade partners and customers.

Daily travel within local/regional areas is required. A HS diploma or equivalent is needed, and experience in residential construction is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred.
• Daily travel within local and regional areas; valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: manage each project by the schedule and oversee construction activities.
• Safety: ensure construction is conducted safely and regulations are followed.
• Quality: ensure homes meet quality standards and address deficiencies.
• Budget: manage financial duties and negotiate with trade partners for best value.
• Customer Communication/Management: maintain customer delight through timely communication and site visits.
