Job summary

Simplicity by Hayden Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead the construction of on-your-land homes in an assigned region, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires experience in residential construction and strong communication skills to guide trade partners, suppliers, and customers through the build process. Travel within local/regional areas is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in homebuilding, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management: oversee construction activities for assigned homes to ensure on-time delivery within Simplicity by Hayden Homes standards.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and construction is performed safely.
• Maintain quality by meeting defined standards and taking corrective action when needed.
• Manage all financial duties of construction projects, keeping them on time and on budget; negotiate with trade partners for best value.
• Manage customer communication, education of the build process, and overall home building experience.
