Job summary

Hayden Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in Boise, ID to oversee residential home construction, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include schedule management, safety compliance, quality control, managing budgets with trade partners, and clear communication with customers. Requires HS diploma or equivalent; prior residential construction experience preferred. Daily local/regional travel required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret building codes and construction documents; including blueprints and layouts.
• Ability to motivate suppliers and trade partners to deliver quality work within tight timeframes.
• Ability to work with suppliers, trade partners, customers, and internal team members to discuss and document requirements/changes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: oversee project schedules and construction activities.
• Safety: ensure construction is performed safely and compliant with regulations.
• Quality: maintain construction quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Budget: manage financial duties and negotiate with trade partners to meet budget.
• Customer Communication/Management: ensure timely and effective communication with customers and site visits.
