Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: manage each project by the schedule and oversee all construction activities for assigned homes.
• Safety: ensure construction of homes is conducted safely and safety regulations followed.
• Quality: ensure each home is constructed within quality standards and take corrective action when standards are not met.
• Budget: manage all financial duties, keep projects on time and on budget; negotiate with trade partners for best price for value.
• Customer Communication/Management: ensure customer delight through timely and effective communication and guided site visits.
