Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its residential construction team on a major NY/NJ project. You will support day-to-day coordination, review drawings, and help manage subcontractors and field teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Reporting to the Senior PM, the role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and hands-on exposure to multi-story ground-up developments valued at tens of millions of dollars.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Ground-up construction experience preferred.
• Multi-story residential experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination.
• NYC/NJ construction experience beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project management and coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist with procurement and change orders.
• Review drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate between project management and field teams.
• Participate in project and subcontractor meetings.
• Assist with schedule and cost tracking.
• Support project closeout and punch-list activities.
