Job summary

PCG Builders is seeking a Lead Residential General Construction Project Manager to drive projects from preconstruction through completion. You will own budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and interface with clients, reporting to ownership. The role offers profit sharing and performance-based incentives.

You will lead high-end residential homes, major renovations, and development projects across Chester and Montgomery Counties with hybrid/on-site responsibilities in Phoenixville, PA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Ability to read architectural plans and make on-site decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing roles.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from preconstruction to final completion.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules for timely handoffs and milestones.
• Control project budgets and track profitability.
• Serve as the primary communication point for home buyers and clients.
• Make independent logistical decisions on-site to resolve trade conflicts.
