Job summary

gpac is seeking a Project Manager for residential construction to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on coordinating crews, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to deliver quality homes on time.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in construction, and proven ability to manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses.
• Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to organize resources (people, tools, time) to meet deadlines.
• Take initiative and seek responsibility; foster relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance across multiple sites.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.
