Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee residential home construction across assigned communities. You will manage job sites, schedules, and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Responsibilities include multiple site walks, pre-construction to final meetings, and budget-conscious decisions. Strong knowledge of construction codes and Procore/Build Pro is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred, or 3-5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Build Pro, Procore and other CM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, manage job sites, scheduling and supervise trade partners.
• Supervise all construction activities on homes from start to finish, including pre-construction, pre-drywall and final meetings.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to stay on budget and schedule.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals via Build Pro.
• Provide trade partner feedback to Lead Construction Manager on timeliness and quality.
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with building codes; maintain safety logs.
