Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Superintendent II to manage daily residential construction activities across Boise communities. You will coordinate trade partners and field staff, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction align with company standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, site presence, and proactive problem-solving to maintain production targets while collaborating with internal teams and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or 6–8 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple homes or production schedules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential construction activities for assigned homes or communities.
• Direct and supervise trade partners and subcontractors for quality, safety, and scope adherence.
• Inspect and approve completed work per plans and codes.
• Enforce OSHA and safety programs and environmental standards.
• Coordinate municipal inspections and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Monitor progress and adjust sequencing/resources to hit production targets.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and reporting.
• Lead homeowner orientations and resolve construction-related issues with sales/customer relations.
