Job summary

Lennar in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home builds across assigned communities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will lead site activities, coordinate with trade partners, and monitor progress to meet budget and schedule targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, read blueprints, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal codes while leveraging Build Pro and Procore for efficient project tracking.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Build Pro, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in and manage schedules.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners within budget.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals in Build Pro.
• Ensure job site safety and adherence to building codes.
• Prepare and maintain safety logs and inspect stormwater plans.
