Job summary

NWM Risk Management in Wexford, PA is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to perform site visits and photograph progress using the Pruvan mobile app. This contract, part-time role lets you set your own hours and work independently across single-family homes, townhomes, and condos within a 25-mile radius.

Responsibilities include documenting on-site progress with photos, submitting them to the report team, and coordinating your availability; inspections typically occur within 24–48 hours

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must live within 25 miles of the job location.
• Must have reliable transportation and a device with the Pruvan app.
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the Pruvan app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team via the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
