Job summary

NWM Risk Management in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to perform on-site site inspections for single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. This contract, part-time role emphasizes flexibility and independent work with a 24–48 hour turnaround on inspections.

You will photograph interiors and exteriors using the Pruvan app, submit photos for report writing, and coordinate your availability. A vehicle and smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hour turnarounds.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned via the Pruvan app to capture site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
